Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched as per the distribution, claims & return’s policy.

Should the product not be in stock please, we will endeavour to manufacture or source the product in the shortest available period and deliver this item to you, free of distribution charges.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Wiesenhof Coffee Roastery will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Shipping

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order processing

All orders received via the website will be processed as per the stock ordering policy.

Refunds/returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase, you are to cancel the order via email prior to dispatch. If cancellation notification is received after dispatch, you will be liable for the distribution charges as per the distribution & return’s policy.

Check Out / Shopping Cart

Wiesenhof Coffee Roastery endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable VAT and shipping charges (distribution, claims & return’s policy).

Once you have added the required items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Once “checked out”, you will receive an automated email confirming the contents of you shopping cart and the value of the transaction.

Wiesenhof Coffee Roastery reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment

We only accept payment through Payfast, a well-known, trusted and secure way to make payments over the internet. You can use your credit card to make payment quickly and safely.

Orders will be processed upon Wiesenhof Coffee Roastery PTY LTD receiving confirmation of payment from PayFast.

An invoice will be distributed to you via email immediately upon completion of processing the order.

Special Orders

We will gladly accommodate any special requests or orders. Please take note that special orders may take additional time to manufacture or source. You will be informed via email as to the estimated delivery date from order.

Pricing Disclaimer

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Wiesenhof Coffee Roastery PTY Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
